RACHEL BOSTON

Client case study - Rachel Boston

Rachel Boston is an East London based jewellery brand specialising in alternative bridal and bespoke work, creating beautifully designed pieces to last a lifetime.

The challenges.

While Rachel Boston had a strong creative identity, the core brand values and positioning were not clearly articulated. This made it harder for the team to communicate a consistent story and differentiate from competitors.

With a small and busy in-house team, the business had reached a stage where growth required strategic focus and external expertise.

The brand needed a structured approach to reach new customers. Paid channels and Google Search were underdeveloped, limiting opportunities to grow awareness and drive sales.

The A&K approach.

360 degree brand audit

We audited brand, UX, social, CRM and SEO, highlighting gaps and opportunities and delivering a clear roadmap for growth.

Brand book & social media strategy

We worked collaboratively to shape a refined brand positioning and tone of voice, equipping the team with a stronger vision and point of difference. We then crafted a social strategy for Instagram, defining content pillars reflective of the brand’s storytelling themes and creating a posting cadence designed to grow engagement while staying true to the brand.

Building paid channels

To fuel growth, we built out paid channels across social and Google Search, creating campaigns designed to reach new audiences and drive qualified traffic. This gave the team a sustainable way to generate leads and sales without overstretching their resources.
