Haeckels exists as an amplifier of the natural world and as a community problem solver, but their design-led approach to digital marketing needed some expert support to help build out their channels and reach new customers.

Haeckels was founded in 2012 by volunteer beach warden and coastal enthusiast Dom Bridges. The brand uses handpicked seaweed from Margate in their products, which are now sold worldwide, attracting a global audience through their ocean-first philosophy.

The challenges.

As the business has grown, the in-house team requires more experts in performance. Other partners haven't been able to deliver on the right strategies for the brand.

The website was completed with a design lens and therefore the UX was not fully considered for the new site. They also needed assistance in building out their Paid channels.
