Glassette is a homewares marketplace founded in 2021 by broadcaster Laura Jackson & ex Homeware Buyer Daniel Crow, who wanted to democratise the exclusive industry by curating the UK’s best independent homeware brands in one place.

The challenges.

As a startup, the team faced the challenge of having a small team with limited digital expertise. The absence of a forecast, budget allocation, and clear KPI requirements for new customer acquisition posed challenges in aligning strategies to achieve growth targets.
